I haven’t watched the NBA in a long time and this seals it up for me. Literally no way to get better for the Hornets. Mavs get the #1 for giving Luka to LA is so blatantly fixed…then they are like fug it give the Spurs #2 to help Wemby.

Well, that explains why the Lakers were able to get Luka for so cheap. The NBA was throwing in Cooper Flagg on the back end. LOL

This is true. There is no way to get better when you never have a chance to draft the best prospect.

I was thinking they would give #1 to the Spurs but now I see the brilliance. Dallas gets the #1 for keeping the Lakers relevant, and they still get to build around Wemby by giving the Spurs extra ammo to trade for Giannis.
