Panthers possibly trading Thielen?

Man if you get a 4th you pull the trigger

No. Adam is worth more to the offense than a 4th. In my mind, barring the future from discussion, this is playoff or bust time for this staff and this QB.

Adam is a huge part of that push to get to the playoffs. If the Vikings want him, and are thinking Super Bowl, they will send a 2nd or 3rd for him. Or a 4th and a player. Otherwise, I don't send him for anything.

Thielen is the glue that holds the offense together, and I'm not getting rid of him.

If this is the case, which I don't completely rule out, I wonder how Canales plans on navigating this mess of convincing Tepper we have to move on from Bryce while not getting himself canned in the process? Quite the tightrope to walk...

Well even if we are draft 10-15. There is a good chance a QB will fall to us in a QB rich draft.

Am I wrong for saying AT is the best wr on the roster currently? Why trade your best one away?

He is the best receiver on the roster and it's not even close. You don't trade him for anything less than a 3rd. If the Vikings are thinking Super Bowl, they will trade that.

This team doesn't sniff the postseason without Thielen.

Still crazy that TIL Thielen was the offensive maestro that told Bryce what he was looking at and now I’m like:

The Wire Wow GIF

because, it all makes sense now.  Like we all know AT was THE VET.  He is a mentor and locker room leader.  But I had no idea he was also helping Bryce figure out defenses on the field in real-time.  It makes me believe even less in Bryce, and that’s hard to do.  I get it, I know vets help rookie QBs on the field, but more in passing.  But to be the guy setting up the alignments and tell the QB what he’s looking at during plays?  Smh.  We shouldn’t have even entertained a second, let alone a third year of this experiment.

I'm in this boat also. We know Thielen is going to be productive and make clutch catches. Everyone else is hypothetical based on potential.

The worst possible scenario is gray area. I just want him to sink or swim. Don't go out there and be middling. Give us the answer one way or the other.

Nothing worse going into the off-season wondering will they or won’t they move on from Bryce. I say anything less then stellar you movie on. Especially if we are drafting top 10.

There's maybe 10 wr's in the NFL worth a 3rd or more in a trade. Lmfao

I keep hearing this but I'm not buying it. The only QB I'd really want would be Manning. Maybe Allar ends up alright but I'm not betting the farm on him.

Who else is there? Carson Beck? Quality player with time, folds under pressure.

I've watched Joey Aguilar for two years and believe he could be a Day 3 pick which is career back-up with some upside. Good kid.

I just don't know that I'm buying "QB rich". There are no generational dudes in this draft and it's reminding me a lot of 2023 when we took Bryce. There is no Daniels, Williams, Maye, and Nix in this class.

Keep in mind that's also why I wanted to trade down in 2023. Had we traded down, and sucked, we would have DJ Moore still, and we would have Jayden Daniels, Caleb Williams, or Drake Maye. Let that sink in.
