Not Starter for a draft pick we'll be debating whether or not they should make the final 53 man roster in 2026.

He only wants to be traded because it's the Vikings who are calling.

If he didn't want to be here, he could have retired, instead he took a pay raise to come back for another season.  I get it, it's an opportunity that he'd like to take, but we shouldn't cut off our nose to spite our face because he now wants to jump at this opportunity less than two weeks before the season starts.

I'm not against trading him, I'm just against trading him for a return that doesn't help our team as much as having him on the roster would. 

I'll put it this way, if a 5th is the best we can get for him from the Vikings and he's now dug in on not wanting to stay this year, I'm saying screw you and trading him to any of the other 30 teams besides the Vikings for the best offer we can get.

He was perfectly happy here a week ago, if the Vikings soured him on that and then want to get him for peanuts, then screw them both.

This is where I am at also. Vikings literally have no other receiver outside of Jefferson week 1. I'm pretty sure their slot receiver from last year was pretty awful and they wouldn't mind upgrading with Thielen over nailor.

If they aren't going to at least offer us a fourth, then keep them on the team. There will be other teams that have injured receivers that will want him later on in the season

I don't really care but I think a team making a playoff push later in the season with injury issues would give up the same compensation the Vikings are offering now. I also don't see why so many people think the Vikings are ready for a playoff push when JJ Mccarthy hasn't even played an NFL regular season game

AT was old and slow last year. Renfrow>AT and it lets you keep horn jr and Moore

It's not like we're trading a player that improves a WR room. He would be traded because he is going to fill a starting position.  As someone said earlier Starter for a Starter.  If it is not a starter than Morgan needs to be shrewd and take a 3rd, at minimum.

And made more clutch catches than anyone on our roster.  Speed isn't everything. AT is wise and knows how to get open.

I can believe that with Renfrow but Horn isn’t going anywhere. Panthers aren’t cutting a dude they just drafted, who also happens to have a ton of potential.

What has Horn done to justify a roster spot? Neither has the TE they just drafted. Horn cannot play special teams either so he is in danger.

Theres a lot more to whats evaluated then just what you see a few snaps of preseason games. We see nothing of the daily practices and camps.
