Bryce had plenty room for error on that throw to Renfrow and he still screwed it up. He had an easy path to jog to the sticks on the INT.

You gotta open your eyes, man.

Dude you’re pathetic , I have never been a blind fan of Bryce but will be damned to give up one quarter into the season lol.

On the screen it said Queen City News will bring us the game after the delay what does that mean? They are going to move the coverage this sounds suspicious

Queen City News is just Fox Charlotte's branding to differentiate from national Fox news. It's still WJZY (46). Not sure why they are mentioning that here for a sporting event, though.

I know that. Did XL fall down because the DB bumped him too hard. The ball was tipped and it was the man covering LX who got the interception.

Thats not what happened.

someone from the secondary (not sure who, missed that replay) dropped down because Bryce was blitzed from his left. Bryce saw XL crossing but didn’t see that defender was already there to stop him from scrambling. It was an absolutely textbook zone blitz.

they showed one camera angle where that ball was DIRECTLY to the DB. Defense has a right to the ball to.

That was an inexcusable throw from Bryce

i like Bryce and I like Canales. Neither of them deserve another year here. Bryce is a game manager and if you loosen the leash on him and make stupid calls like play action and 2nd and 2, instead of being a smart coach and running the ball again, you get what you deserve -- and that's Bryce making a poor decision and turning the ball over. Running an offense like he's going to carry you again will lead to Bryce Young, 2026 Steelers backup QB, and Dave Canales, 2026 Seahawks Offensive Consultant.

No offense but Cam drug the who's who of who TF is that WR's to a 1 loss regular season and Super Bowl appearance.

One of the things that was SUPPOSED to be true of Bryce is that HE was the one that was supposed to make the WR's better by being the "super processor." Well....if he needs complete perfection across the board....how is he different from other bust QB's like Richardson, Fields, Darnold, etc? Oh....other than not possessing otherwordly arm talent.

You don't completely mortgage the franchise to trade up to draft a QB who has to be carried. You do it because you think he's a guy who can carry. But some folks just want to keep making excuses for Bryce.

I'm seeing that coverage will resume on Fox when it restarts...

... assuming it actually does

Yeah that one was 100% on Bryce.

    • With the contract money an OT first rounder makes you can ALWAYS get a new girlfriend.  And probably an upgrade at that.  You only got 2 parents.
    • Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.
    • Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.
