Trade, bench, cut XL. Doesn't matter which one. Get this dude off the team.

Everybody loves his personality but it's not wise to make a player popular before he shows he can actually play.

He has continual mental breakdowns, be it drops, sloppy routes or just basic lack of attention to detail

You're partially right. But, what he CAN do is not force into double coverage when he has a clear running lane to a first down. And, he can learn to slide before he gets hit. Situational awareness not working well with him this game. Not ALL on him, the whole team lacks confidence and that's on the coaches.

He’s trying to put the team on his back because clearly he has zero reliable options outside of himself or TMac. Cmon man. We need a spark and the fumble was unfortunate. Legette got knocked over like a 130 WR on a JV team on that interception. XL is not an NFL WR.

47 passing yards and 1 int and 1 fumble

That's franchise QB material.....

Here's the honest truth about Bryce--He's not horrible, but he's limited.  To be successful he'd have to be plugged in a 49er's or Chiefs type of offense.  He's doesn't, nor will he ever, have that luxury here.  So we can make one of two choices, keep dumping resources into Bryce in an attempt to make him better than he really is or move on to a different QB and create a more even handed approach to this roster.

A bad team is going to have fundamental mistakes. QB & Defensive coordinator can't be face planting & making fundamental mistakes.

You're complaining about rattling of a car's belts & lights going out while the engine is burning oil & ready to go bust

Wide receivers are literally the cylinders of  any passing offense gtfo

Bruh I would be thrilled to even see an angry Ned Flanders version of Bryce. I'm sure he's a nice kid but he is milquetoast to the tee. You can see why the Tepper's pushed for him. They valued his marketability when they should have been worried about much more important things.

The 3rd and long where he got blasted and him and everybody was just laughing about it pretty much put the last nail in his coffin for me

Not just confidence, they lack fundamentals, leadership , and heart. It all starts in the front office and coaching staff.

    • Exactly.  You let him play out next season and continue to develop Thorton.  Jackson’s earned his next contract, but his age and the risk of tying up such a large portion of the payroll at one position leads me to believe that we’ll let him walk. In all likelihood, we’ll draft another CB, or two, and bring in some journeymen to fill the roster void, between now and the start of the 2027 season.  That’ll create more balance financially across the roster enabling us to invest in other areas.
    • As far as the NFCS … I think this division will be hotly contested the next couple of years.   I am tending to pay more respect to both Atlanta and the Saints n terms of how strong they will be moving forward, than not.    I am mixed on Ryan but think they have a decent roster to start with. I don’t think he blundered hiring Stefanski. And that offense can be dangerous with a QB. Plus, defense is arrow up. No 1st round pick, WB issues will dull their effectiveness. Question is, to what degree?   I think Moore is going to be a good HC and can overcome tape that people have on Shough. They need a lot but they were playing with people. Just the way you want to see all the way to the end.    Not sure about Tampa they have Mayfield but I don’t think they can maintain their success and Bowles is not going to last much longer. They have to go through all that. Gonna be tough once it starts. Might already have started.    For us I feel pretty good about Morgan. But less so about our offense, we have some short term RB and OL issues and those things are critical given what we are working with at QB.  Overall, mixed. Like a lot of what I see but some major question marks remain.
    • Absolutely. If we are talking about a 20 year old youngster. He's a grown-ass man, and he doesn't know what his job entails or how to do it? Maybe he will be better next year! It's the Panther way.
