Just another reinforcement that we not only have a talent problem due to the worst drafting in the nfl over the last five years, but our offensive and defensive game plans and schemes are not fooling anyone.

I really wonder if they are limiting schemes due to talent deficiencies on both sides of the ball.

Easy answer when what we can, and did do, is nothing.

Bingo

all i heard about  Evero’s failures were the ‘players he didnt have and Derrick Brown’s return’

Brown is back   Supposedly better players.  same result

never in my life have i seen a defense, in the decades i gave watch pro football  have schemes that give away so much open space in the middle and so much space to WRs   Never

He should've been gone last year

canales as well needs to change  he needs to be a true HC and with competent coaches who arent his buddies as coordinators

evero is far from being  Fangio  he needs oversight and Canales aint Liam Coen or Andy Reid or or or

tell you what, i believe the 2024 Panthers oline coach went to Jax to be with coen tells all that is needed  to be known

    • I guarantee it makes a difference. Give up 2 scores and its basically over until garbage time. The offense can barely drive the length of the field in 3 quarters. The defense has been gutted to build around a QB that is possibly the biggest bust in NFL history. For what we've put into the offense the past 3 years, we should be dropping 30 bombs with regularity. The only 30s we get are FGs.
    • Not according to some fly by night fantasy crusader!  There were 10 drops that should have netted Bryce another 450 yards and 7 TD’s
    • What? Am I mistaken that his rookie year included a horrible coaching staff and support players.   It's wasn't just Bryce.  I won't judge any player from that yeah.  It's impossible to make an accurate assessment on any player under those conditions. It's that simple. You break down each play and look at each player, what the expectation was, what happened during the play and what circumstances affected every player and position. There a reason why the narrative was he could be the biggest NFL bust in history.  Then after his benching he started to show remarkable improvement. Thus all the talk from fans and media about how dramatic of a turnaround it was and that Carolina no longer had a QB problem. First game this year the whole team stunk it up.  Why?  Plenty of blame to go around including Bryce. Improvements do not come it a nice straight line angling up.  I think Sunday was a step back for the whole team.  Still plenty of time to see if it was a bad outing to grow from or another indicator of issues that can't be overcome.
