I’m assuming that after two losses to open the season that Tepper can’t be like “ yeh, you guys keep doing what you’re doing.” If we look terrible against the Cons I’m not saying Dave will be fired but Tep would surely be thinking about it.

Canales is his own worst enemy right now.  Playing Bryce, keeping Evero, not having a real OC.  He set himself up to fail and he’s failing spectacularly.  I expect to see him double down, be stubborn and sink with the ship.  He’s cooked.

As long as the team isn't out there going through the motions, I fully believe they will give Dave a chance to show what he can do with a different QB next year.

Unless the lockerroom straight up collapses, I think he gets three years. Carolina wasn't particularly an attractive destination last go round, firing another coach 2 years in would not help.

Canales probably only has real say in one of those.   His buddy, the not actually the OC OC. 
 

Evero isn’t Canales.  Neither is Bryce.  That’s Morgan and Tepper

This is not a good team. Idk what people expect. I’m on the fence whether Canales is a competent coach but I’m certain firing Canales won’t fix it this year
