because even Noodle Arm Dalton can make easy throws look easy at midrange.  Bryce has the ability to make those same throws but he is struggling to process or see the field or make the right decision...

When you go so long watching a mediocre piece of poo who is unable to make the routine throws, routine becomes exciting.
