XL can’t run routes for poo, and he can’t catch. How is it that T-Mac can put up a 100-yard game and XL can’t get positive yardage? Keep making excuses.

He isn't very smart but I also don't think he is being coached up either. I have no idea what this staff does other than cash checks. No one has improved and a few seem to be worse.

I'm not making excuses, I'm just holding judgment until I see better QB play. Most of the passes thrown to XL this season have been uncatchable.

I’m telling yall.  If we had an actual QB you would be surprised at how good XL would look.  Bryce limits their touches in so many ways, especially in the fact that he can’t get it to them where they need it and also because defense can take away more opportunities because of how aggressive they play us because there is no threat of a downfield pass.

It's disappointing that he at least didn't have the awareness to lie. Even if what he says is true surely he has to understand it comes across terribly. He's been performing terribly so at least say that missing a couple weeks with a sore hammy has given me the chance to really dive into the playbook again and get more comfortable with my understanding of the overall offensive scheme. Anything sounds better than basically saying these last couple weeks have been an utter waste.

I think he'd likely look better. But remember last year when Thielen and Coker, and even JT, has us thinking they had potential? XL was dropping easy balls even then.
