Lots of poo on the OP. It’s possible to call out our midget weak link without disparaging a win.

We certainly have talented pieces on the roster but with BY as QB and Spineless Dave as HC, we’ll always be at a disadvantage. Cool, we’ve got two wins. No one with a functioning brain thinks we’ve arrived.  I think it’s more of a testament of fans who emerge after a rare win to say “see, told y’all Bryce isn’t the problem.”

Absolutely, fools gold as far as BY is concerned

Oh he's the problem alright. He almost singlehandedly cost the team the game. Rico and the defense gave him the opportunity to redeem himself for the 1st quarter meltdown. But just because he managed to pull himself together and help everyone else pull off a comeback doesn't make him a good qb.

They usually go quiet after a loss.

One thing I will give the “Bryce ain’t it” guys. They are posting no matter what. If Bryce has a bad game, you won’t see some of the posters you’re seeing now lol

If you come away from this game thinking you need to Bench Bryce you’re crazy. He’s wildly inconsistent, but was a contributor in the winning of this game.

bryce did very little today.  its easy to come away from this game realizing he sucks but panthers have won 2 games despite him.  rico was awesome and the defense stepped up several times .

Bra, you a panthers fan? What you expect? Enjoy the win my Ninja!

I would love to enjoy the win but I can't. The problem is we have the largest collection of incompetence in our front office and ownership in the NFL and wins like this will likely result in reassuring Big Daddy Dave that Bryce was the right choice and we need to lock him down with a 6 year 320m deal fully guaranteed. Bryce either needs to be superstar or half a star. This middle of the road crap being bailed out by others spectacular incompetence ie. Penix or a career day for Rico and the defense cant keep happening.

Rico was awesome.  That’s probably one of the top rushing performances in Panther history.   It would make a top 5 list.  Rico put them on his back

You mean dowdle

He's a first overall pick. Need to see him take the reigns and command a formidable passing attack in his third season.

Expecting herculean efforts from your backfield and defense is not sustainable.

Dowdle one man willed this team to victory.... they won IN SPITE OF BRYCEY

Seriously can't believe 11 people think this was an acceptable performance.

Dont know wtf you mean by this, but I am one single person. Any attempt to group me with whoever you are referring to is just a bunch of BS.

Yeah. Biases. Everyone has them though. Everyone. They are formed through personal experiences.

The Bryce love has been irrational here for years now and when we have a win here it comes like clockwork (right twice a day), even if it was in spite of him.

I didn’t see the game but followed it - the team hung in and pulled it out instead of giving up 46 or whatever and getting just a TD for ourselves.

It was totally a team win and he game managed it and kept in between the ditches. Good for him, it is better than he has been doing. But when we see the W, we know someone is coming with the crown. Most of us are probably pretty cynical at this point in the game. It comes with 7 plus years of fuging up and he is the current poster child for that.

This game could be a great confidence builder for the defense and for a few guys on offense too, but we will probably need to replace little man if we expect to contend for anything.

We've never lowered the bar this much for any QB we've started since Cam got released. And we've also never given any of them 34 games.

    • I’m an optimist thru and thru. I love any win this team can muster, and Bryce did what he could to keep the team in it, but he’s why the team was out of it to begin with.  I like the guy, but he is not… he’s just not it… and I was swayed by the way he finished last season, but his physical limitations will never be overcome. A one arm tackle stopped him in his tracks en route for 6, among several other plays where an even average starter in the league succeeds.  A franchise QB is supposed to be his own cheat code. Bryce needs a cheat code dude, that is not him, to win. Chuba CARRIED (literally) his ass last season. Thielen bailed him out EVERY game he played in last season. Today: Rico turned in one of the best games in franchise history, Tet was unguardable and put up at least 100 yards on his own (PI yards included),  and the defense basically pitched a shutout after going down big so they could beat one of the worst teams in the NFL.
    • Jimmy came thru today I hope he is active next week   (2) NFL on X: "Bryce Young to Jimmy Horn Jr. on 4th down! MIAvsCAR on FOX/FOX One https://t.co/HkKw7uXVnt https://t.co/FYOfsxtAMk" / X
    • Rico 10000% saved Bryce Young from being benched for the Dallas game.  The way that game was going there was going to be no way to trot Bryce out next week at home if it kept going like it did.  Bryce probably is safe from bench risk until the next home and home presents itself.    He can’t be playing bad going into that next Atl game and then lay an egg in it.
