Very good point. But, to win you still have to have big conversions on 3rd down. There are always parts of the game where your QB 1 is forced to make a play. It's just complimentary football. You're dead on with what Dowdle has done. But, it has helped out Bryce by putting him in less situations where he has to carry the team. We'll see what impact this all has... a lot of variables and a lot of football still to be played.

He already has almost halfway as many GWDs as Cam (17) and Delhomme (22).

The fact that this will trigger some folks is sad tbh.

Last two GWD don't count because Dowdle went off for 200+ total yards in both games (never mind that vs. MIA Rico came off of the field with cramps during the GWD)... other GWD apparently don't count because they weren't "playing meaningful football."

Gonna have to tell folks the same thing they try to tell everybody else: NO EXCUSES

Today was a great win for Bryce. A decent overall team, he had to fight through the entire game. Definitely one of his best performances of his career, arguably his best imo.

I hope next week is not a negative stat for a BY led team. We cannot lose to the winless Jets. We’re already the laughing stock of the NFL. Imaging what it’d be like if we lost to a winless team?

The Jets are precisely the kind of team the Panthers lose to, no matter how well they're playing lol.  Hopefully canales comes out firing and puts them down early.

Defense needs to just shut down the Jets offense. We need a road win and this should be a team to get one against.

This is the window of the schedule the wins were always coming when people were making those 5-6ish win predictions.

It’s almost like some people here can’t stand to see Bryce win games. They hate the guy so much that they would rather the team lose than win.
