31-17 Panthers

4-5 sacks. Brown, Wharton, Scourtin, Wallace and saxk + fumble by A'Shawn.

1 int.. Jaycee Horn usually turns it up a notch vs NO + Rookie Qb

Dowdle, Tmac, and either XL or Coker score

Byrce 2 TDs 143 yards

Rico 125+

Int on an intended XL target... probably tipped by XL.

My son and his girlfriend are going to this game so for their sake I hope they put a beat down on the Saints.  I'm really nervous about this game when I normally just don't care. I think we find a way to lose this game.

It'll be a true measuring stick of Canales' Panthers. This is a team they SHOULD beat easily. But it's the exact kind of game over the last 5 years we've tended to lose handily.

It's never an easy win against a division opponent. And let's not forget we are starting a backup level qb.

My son will be there as well.  I’m hoping it’s a good showing.  They’ve been bad for so long he can’t really remember them ever being good.

The Saints are going to be without 3 starting Offensive Linemen. Derrick Brown and the rest of the Dline are going to dominate up front and hold the Saints offense in check and force their rookie QB into a mistake or 2. I do however think our offense struggles more than expected as the Saints do have a decent run defense. We look like the better team the whole day, but our offense struggles and that keeps the final score looking closer than it should feel. Something like 13 - 3 or 17-6.

Tet may not play

that might allow  what little is left of the Saints to sit on Rico to stop the run

still NO is woeful

Panthers 24, Saints 10

It would be great if Young could take pressure off Rico and win by throwing but that is a pipe dream and Chuba take over in the second half

id rather let Rico and  Tet  be 100% for the Rams…the Rams btw, are the real deal

unfortunately division games and wins trumps the west coast tour

I feel like this phase of the team is like when those baby sea turtles hatch and waddle to the ocean. I want them so badly to make it but there are so many misfortunes that could occur.

It’s still a lot safer for my heart and brain to expect them to blow it. I’m sure the Saints know this game is winnable and they need to make it count. I think they’ll fight hard and why not sell out to stop the run? What have they got to lose?
