Predicting the rest of Bryce Young’s career after he leaves the Panthers

Do we really think any other team is going to look at what Boy Wonder did here and decide to hand him the starting position for their franchise?

No way he beats out any real NFL competition in a honest camp battle.

I predict the rest of his career is commentating on college gamedays or just disappearing.

I think a coach like McVay would see it as a fun challenge. Kind of like, could you finish an iron man marathon with your arms tied behind your back and flat tires on the bike. You're 99.999% likely to fail, but if you pull if off, you're a legend.

He's terrible on camera with a microphone in his face, way too soft spoken to ever make it as a commentator, honestly think he'd be worse at that than he is as a player.

It's actually always bothered me, for as "polished" as a prospect he was off the field, he just doesn't have that leadership type of voice when speaking with the media.  You see other rookie QBs come in and nail it immediately, but we're in year 3 and he still has that "aww shucks" boy-ish mentality when speaking to the media.

Genuinely wouldn't shock me to see him end up in coaching, would be a good way to use his "super brain" that his physical limitations don't make up for at this level.

McVay would retire before he trots out Bryce as his starting QB.

Bryce is not going to beat out anyone in a camp battle and his coddling will be over when Tepper finally decides to flush him. Hes just a turd circling the bowl at the moment.

I almost put coaching, I could see that.

I’m so tired of the bs rhetoric that tries to compare Baker and Darnold having success after they leave here with Bryce. Not saying this thread is that, but same topic. I see it all the time on social media.

There is no carryover between those Panthers teams and this one unless they’re trying to say the problem was Jansen or Moton. The problem then was Rhule and his staff. They’re gone. The problem now is Bryce.

Coaching what? He has terrible fundamentals and no alpha personality traits. He has the build of a high school QB who doesn't hit the gym. What can he possibly teach anyone about being successful when he is a failure in the game.

Go back to Cali and open up a chain of restaurants and play video games all day.

Same as here. He was never going to make it in the NFL with his limitations.
Maybe he latches on as a backup somewhere. If he got really serious about his footwork and mechanics there is a slim chance he could do better. But he hasn’t been able to so far and changing that stuff and getting to where it comes without thinking, is just very difficult to do and takes years.

You're telling me a guy with the body and voice of a middle schooler doesn't command respect? No fuging poo, he's that cowardly dog that rolls over and plays dead at the slightest sign of a threat. Fortitude of jello
