A question no one is asking about Bryce and The Panthers

In our 6 victories, this team hasn’t played nor performed the same way twice.  We’ve won with defense, we’ve won with offense, we’ve won running the ball, we’ve won passing the ball.

Consistency is a foreign concept to this team.  It’s gonna be “box of chocolates” style for the remainder of this weird ass season.

that is what makes a box of chocolates so much fun to eat. Never know what you are getting into until you taste what you have. What gets me will this be another game we wait till we are behind and come back to win it with no time on the clock left, or just be blown out from the very start.

CMC said he expected to play his career here.  He didn't think he would be traded.  Carolina decided they wanted to trade him.  He picked here he wanted to go.

But we dumped him.  For largely peanuts.

But we dumped DJ Moore and he never had a blood and guts game.   So it's never a guarantee.

Doesn't really matter the sport or the reason for the departure.  That's just from my pro sports watching experience since I was a kid.

Granted it's not a guarantee it will happen.  But pretty much every pro athlete is going to want to put on a show against their ex team.

It would be disappointing if he didn't try his very best. I would expect him to put everything he has into the game, hard feelings or not, he will still want to show off what we are missing.

CMC will get his touches and yards Monday night…. it is inevitable

it is  Kittle  to worry about in the seam of Evero’s defense

panthers won’t have to worry about either if the offense keeps their offense on the 49ers bench

the 49ers defense isn’t fearsome

Watched the 2 or 3 minutes Ross Tucker Greg Cosell preview. Cosell says the Atlanta and SF defenses are polar opposites. Atlanta is man and pressure, SF is zone and rushing 4. FWIW.

really no excuse for Bryce not to have a good game. 49ers defense is decimated by injuries

Now on the flip side I wouldn't be suprised if CMC scores three TDs on us

Both could happen and either team could win if they did. Sounds like a good game.
We have been developing some weapons. Very slowly working them in. If the passing attack can command more respect we can play with the RBs more. Team record last week passing. So maybe they have to account for some things, finally, and we get some breathing room. Take away half of that 448 and double the running game output which would be 160-175 probably, we probably win. Against most teams.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
