Honestly the Panthers could have won this game just running the ball instead of trying to pass in the red zone. Dave Canales is a bad play caller and Bryce plays like an asshole when the games matter

It's funny because I was telling somebody I was at a game watch with that I think we would have had a chance to win early on if we just ran wildcat the entire game with Rico and chuba. After watching the game, I feel more confident in what I said

This right here.

DC is as big of a problem as Bryce is

We need to get rid of DC before the next game. Not kidding, get him out of here tomorrow. It makes zero sense to keep his dumbass around. Two games back I said he needs to be gone and that he will 100% lose at least 3 games that he is directly responsible for. Any moron just deciding to run the ball would have had a better chance of winning this game. He is stupid, thats it. He is not bottom of the barrel when it comes to intelligence. He just isnt smart which means he is not smart enough to make any type of improvement. That makes him worthless and he needs to be gone by the end of the day tomorrow. Get that bum out of here.

    • In May of 2026, it looks like a challenging schedule...and it probably is.  I rarely listen to the "strength of schedule" conversations that light up social media this time of year. Each year teams improve and decline. I think there's chunks of the year we need to take care of business and the week 5 bye is not desired.  I do think if we don't hit the bye week at 3-1, it's going to be a major uphill battle given the schedule in front of us. This season falls on three people, regardless of schedule strength: Canales, Bryce, Evero.  Canales: Finally can truly coach all aspects of the team and not focus with gameday prep for OC duties anymore. He drives the bus and needs to get these guys in position to win each week. There's no way vets come in and put it on the line every week to watch our QB sh!t the bed (See: SF game last year). Bryce: Despite everyone's obsession with thinking Bryce is a guaranteed extension, I think this year will truly be his "prove it" year. If he comes out the way he has the past three years, I really don't see how vets and coaches can continue to put him under center long-term. He might play out that fifth year as the starter, but I think next offseason his long-term replacement is found. I also think there's no excuses with the weapons and commitment we've made on offense to insulate him with every possible weapon.  Evero: Best personnel he's had since he's been here...no excuses. Figure out how to blitz effectively. Figure out how to use CBs whose strengths are press/man. Figure out how to utilize a talented front-7 to get the hell of the field. Outside of FS and maybe....maybe ILB, there are few weaknesses on this unit.
    • Canales can never get his teams ready in the first week of the season so far. Hope that changes or Ben Johnson is going to take his azz to school.
