Malik Willis anyone

He has looked very good in limited action with the Packers and he will be a free agent next year.

I bring him up even though I am a Bryce supporter. While I do think Bryce will be a good QB, I also agree that depending on how the rest of the season goes, they may want a plan B. I think Willis might be that guy to push Bryce. Not sure what he would cost though.

That would be a huge upgrade at backup he’s likely the top 2/3 backups. From what I’ve seen he’d probably displace Bruce because he’s accurate and once he gets out the pocket he literally scrambles very effectively he’s fast and doesn’t hesitate to get a few yards to keep his team on schedule. He’s got an arm he might be the type of QB Canales could goon into a winner he’s been groomed by pretty good offensive coache already and it shows every time he hits the field.

I remember when his name was big around here. Time flies. No clue if he will ever develop into anything.

As far as the QB room for 2026 I put the chance of another year of Bryce and Andy Dalton at about 75%. The FO is gonna do what the FO does.

Yeah we are heading where I thought we would go. Straight into QB purgatory where  our QB is just good enough to get another contract and last even longer when the fans know we wont be winning any Championships during that time. We have a QB manager that we mortgaged our future for and everything around him has to be perfect in order for him to be decent.

Stop with these stupid ass threads. Bryce is the franchise and either you accept that or move the fug on.
