I would love to see a QB to compete with him but, it doesn't mean that QB is going to win the job.

The OL has typically been a liability especially in pass pro

We played the Saints last week and the best QB on the field was a 2nd round rookie.   We punted 4 straight times in the 4th quarter as the Saints came back to beat us.

I am all for drafting/Signing a FA to compete with him.  That said, it doesn't mean he's automatically going to lose the job. 

Meltdowns are coming because IMO they are going to exercise his option.
