This starts with Dave and his pitiful week by week gameplan. But it's clear he doesn't trust Bryce at all

Defense one again playing 3/4 of the game.

If we aren’t going to get things downfield going they are going to own us on the run.  Have to keep them honest.  Canales is not a good play caller and I have little confidence against this defense.  We need a real play caller on staff.

Caneles cant control the effort of the players. We got to be more aggressive on the line and give time and open holes for Rico and Chubba.

So far our biggest opportunity has been RB’s losing one on one. Their RB won a one on one a couple times and has them up 3.

It happens anyway doesn’t it  particularly when your best corner isn’t on their best receiver

in case you didn’t notice, too, they are running on those long yardages on purpose…they made one…and almost make the other

This is why some of us point out number of attempts and why they matter on deeper passes...

At a certain point trust doesn't matter.  Gonna have to call some shots down the field or we lose by default.

He hasn't done anything but let Bryce control the audibles and use the running game. Poor communication at the line and Bryce making the wrong hot reads has been the issues.

We will see what happens if Bryce fails to lead a running attack with control to audible out. Then Canales will have to open up the playbook. We're not down 2 scores yet, so he'll let Bryce keep failing until he proves he can't succeed to manage the game early
