Who gives a poo? The game was done. You'd be losing your mind if Rico tore an ACL on a two yard dive in that situation.

You put in Dalton and pull the starters. Use a JAG running back. Don't submit to the other team. I wonder what the players thought about that. Never concede when you say "Keep Pounding".

I'm willing to bet they saw the writing on the wall and were ready to get to the locker room. It'd be different if we HAD to win the game. I can assure you if we're in that situation next week we won't be kneeling.

Why is it done? A real NFL offense can score in under 60 seconds. An onside kick and a few quick hits to the sidelines and a long field goal to tie it. You never take a fuging knee when there's a chance to still compete.

I forgot about the last score, but you still never fugging quit, especially when youre offense.

That offense quits far too easily   Not the first time…just the more obvious time

I’ve never seen anything like the  give up today  in my life

in a game that requires a ,never give up mentally, no matter what, they folded like a lawn chair…off to the locker room

…not a victory formation but a white towel formation

don’t what to hear any more  ‘finish’ bullshit from Mr Rogers.  He talks the talk

"I ran out of check down passing plays"

You think Dave is calling check downs every play. How unintelligent can you be. Bryce can't see down field over the middle and doesn't have the arm strength even if he could. Take away the roll out and outside the hashes and Bryce is straight cooked to do anything other than throw it behind the line of scrimmage. Then good defenses like the Seahawks crash down on the dump off and make the tackle. Stop blaming Dave for a quarterback he didn't pick and I'm sure didn't really want.

speaks to our players too IMO.   I think a well built roster of players (whoever was on the field in that moment).......should fight the coach on that.

Go put Dalton out there and hand it off to Etienne out there and let him get some reps.

This is the correct answer.

Exactly right

there are some defining moments in a coach’s career, and as innocuous as that one play seems, it is Canales in a nutshell

’IT IS ALL ABOUT THE FINISH.  LEARNING TO FINISH.  WE FINISH ON THIS TEAM. EVERY PLAY. EVERY GAME NO MATTER THE SCORE’.                                            BParaphrased after he was questioned after the 49 to 10:@## whipping by Buffalo and how we handle Dalton

 big talk Dave.
