Who thinks 100 yards 1TD and 2int after 3 years is the future? [OP is weird...54 yards, 1 INT, 2.3 YPA]

The narrative is that Young is not being given the support that he needs to develop properly.

So, he clearly needs a top 5 defense, the most expensive oline money can buy, pro bowl running back, all pro wrs, and a hof te. Additionally, coach needs to be a COY candidate.

If these simple needs cannot be satisfied, then Young will just not reach his potential, and that is 100% the fault of the team.

Exactly. You know after 3 years what you have. All teams can really tell after a couple seasons max if you have the “it factor” or not. Bryce just had the biggest game of his career and put up less than 60 yards to go along with a terrible interception.

instead of trying to do all that wouldn't it make way more sense to simply get a better Qb ?

The ones that think that will be quiet until Bryce has a good game

Good game being very subjective of course.

Still probably won't break 200 yards.

3 years in and bryce has yet to throw for 3k yards in a season.

Cam ward is a rookie who played with garbage around him and has still thrown for over 3k yards.

And that's with an added game 17. Yikes.

I dont but why are you making up stats?

I see the exaggeration, but he's not far off. Bryce's mean game in yardage output was the second Saints game at 163. He's averaging just over 1 TD a game and an INT roughly every other game.

So a typical stretch of games from Bryce looks like--under 200 yards, with one passing TD (occasionally a second) and a pick every odd game.  Still not impressive, at all.

I would go a step further and say you know what you have after a QB has 6 losses on their record. If they can't meet the minimum standards after 6 losses, they need to ride the bench and develop. Keep them around for another shot IF the next QB racks up 6 losses and also fails, and you believe there's enough potential to develop them. After 12 losses, you have to move on from a QB if they can't demonstrate the minimum standards of a playoff caliber QB.

It's not difficult to see a playoff level franchise QB on a bad team. QBs should always elevate their offense and make their players look better than they actually are on Sundays. It's the opposite with the Panthers. The WRs and RBs are making Bryce look better than he actually is at this level.
