No mustard on that thing

Yeah, he had a clear passing lane where he could have, in theory, put it on a frozen rope.  That ball didn't need to have much loft on it...at all.  If you look at the pocket shot, the way the ball came out of his hand you would think it was a chunk yard attempt, not barely over a 10 yard pass.

Yeah I thought circling that T-mac match up didn't make any sense in the tweet either but that should have either gone to Tremble or Chuba way earlier than BY made a decision.

His slow decision making is a big part of the 54 yard total. If he woulda got it out quicker there would’ve been more rac. You can’t check down late and expect anything to happen

This a good one. Also Chuba wanted/needed that ball like 5 steps before BY finally gave it to him so he could actually turn up field before the defender could close in.

You can tell by the play design the ball should have gone to Chuba as soon as TMac started to make his move inside. Looked like it should have been a rub route. Deliver that to Chuba when he’s expecting the ball and it’s a big gain.

I don’t think the average mouth breather on this forum understands how bad the pass protection is on this team. Even on check downs he’s getting blasted, that shouldn’t happen on check downs.

Everyone knows QBs like Bryce needs passing lane, that’s his biggest fault. If the line is creating passing lanes this offense won’t function

Especially on 3rd and 2, he has that all day and if he's running downhill and makes that one guy miss yeah field goal range easily

There’s way too much invested in this line for it to perform this poorly, injuries or not

I don’t even care. A lot of people sucked yesterday, I know that much. And yet, we still had a chance to get the ball back with good field position and plenty of time, and our “pro bowl” corner grabbed a face mask for no fugging reason on 3rd down 15 yards away from the sticks when a light shove ob was all that was needed. And then post-game he’s laughing and saying JSN “sold it”. Dude does not get it and does not care. Fugging double agent son of a Saint. I don’t care if they bench him for that, tbh. Unforgivable.

I think we all agree Xavier Legette leaves A LOT to be desired on the football field. We also agree that Canales is certainly with faults on his own on multiple fronts.

That being said. Some folks are very unnecessarily going into overdrive to spin a #1 pick who just happens to be the most undersized QB in the league (yes he is shorter than Kyler Murray let's just be real here) finishing with the lowest single game passing yardage per 24 attempts since all the way back to 1980.

Legitimately if some of you ARE NOT on Tepper's payroll you should be.

I was wondering if I was the only one that watched that and ask themselves if Jaycee even gave a f*ck

3rd and forever and JSN catches the ball next to the sideline… there was no reason for Horn to put himself in a position to go high and risk anything of that nature. Seattle was more than happy to punt.

Defense stepped up after that and held them to a FG. Offense proceeded to turn it over on downs right after.

Was it an incredibly dumb penalty, of course it was. The defense played their asses off though and got zero help from the offense. If you force them to punt at that point instead of the penalty do you really think the offense does anything differently?
