Wow, totally didn't expect that, especially after the way they got screwed over. I guess they want to try an offensive head coach to get Allen over the hump in the playoffs.

Unfortunately he will have his choice of whatever HC opening is available. My guess is Miami, Baltimore, or Pittsburgh

Sadly he is too far accomplished to take a DC role, at least at this point right now

As much as we often think what if’s about Beane, I look at how he let that defense slip into what it currently is as a bigger problem.

Oh and having a worse WR situation than we had for Cam.

New eras starting for orgs that have been consistent players. Crazy offseason incoming.

I would take McDermott over Evero any day of the week.

Bills board is angry obviously. Almost all say it was GM Beane that should have been fired, not Sean. An no, lol, he's not coming here. He's a HC now. At least until he gets fired from another team. He's not taking a double demotion to work in Charlotte.
