Addressing OL depth with the 2nd rated center in the draft is pretty damn good.  I would assume he'll get some time at guard too.  

This is probably the most unsexy draft we have ever had but damn it addresses a lot of needs.

His athleticism is somewhat lacking which is probably why he fell this far. But the guy knows how to play the position well, something that couldn't be said for just about everyone that's played center for us since Kalil retired. We could've drafted him in the 3rd and I wouldn't have complained too much, but a 5th? Highway robbery.

Nice...good grain fed mollie to take a chance on. Up to him what he wants to be in the NFL...think rigors might be a bit much for him. Lets see what happens.

Surely they will have leverage. He’s probably totally off some team’s radars due to lack of height and arm strength. He couldn’t help a team that is a “QB away” and he’d look like crap on a team desperate enough to sign him.
