I Have Arrived in Charlotte

Recommended Posts

I like that place, too. They have an awesome beer selection and the food is pretty decent. Not really a "hot spot" though.

Oh I know, but if he landed today he's going to have plenty of time to check out the hot spots.

He shoukd take in the Bobcats game on Saturday and see the Hornets logo unveiling

Welcome to the QC!

Our whole sales team will be at Carolina Ale House tonight if you want to join!

Also, check out some Bojangles since I'm sure you don't have that in Maine.

A good amount of us Huddlers will be tailgating down in the latta arcade lot (per usual) Sunday. I believe Ranucci's BBQ will be there and its rumored that Bo will be making an appearance....complete with jell-o shots!

Come out and introduce yourself, feel free to message me if you want me to put you on the Huddle Facebook Tailgate thread.

Kinda jealous of the stadium tour.....granted I'm there every game, but I think I would like to do it!

Panther Nation,

OnlyPantherFaninMaine has touched down in Charlotte for the first time in his life and will be attending his first ever game in Bank of America stadium this Sunday. This is literally a dream come true for a lifelong Panther fan.

Tomorrow afternoon I will be taking a stadium tour with a friend of mine. The first time I see or walk into the stadium will likely be emotional for me and one of the greatest feelings I've had in a long time. If any of you have the time tomorrow; feel free to join me as I take in the sites and sounds of the stadium for the first time.

Come Sunday I would love to tailgate with as many of you as possible. I want to experience an authentic North Carolina tailgate with all the food I hear so much about on this site but never have any idea as to what you're talking about. I can pitch in some cash if that would help out. I'll be attending the game with a buddy I graduated college with a couple years back and we want to go all out prior to the game with food and drink. Let me know if you have the room for a couple more this Sunday!

Anyways, tonight I'll be venturing downtown and likely going out somewhere. Feel free to post some places I should try to eat at while I'm here, some places to party, and just some things to do in general.

I hope to see you on Sunday. Let's get this win ladies and gentlemen.

Keep Pounding!

Come to the doghouse outside the south gate on Sunday for beer and food before the game...me and my buddy will be there at 9am...pm me for my number

I can't wait for my turn. Happy for you, will definitely keep u in mind and ask you what I should do whenever I go. My short term goal is to try to go for my first game next year since money has always been tight but 2014 is a new year and a Raise. Long term goal is to having my Psl hopefully way before I retire but I'm only 27 lol

Welcome to Charlotte, homes.  Have fun, explore, and as another suggested, try to go to the Bobcats game on Saturday night.  TWC arena is a cool place and you should check it out, plus it's right downtown (not sure where you're staying).

You northerners love to eat at Mert's, so check that out (fake soul food restaurant)

Also Thursday nights are usually good nights for going to different clubs and getting plastered. I know some require memberships, but I don't know which ones. I've been out of the club scene for over a decade.
