OT, WR, S: you choose 1 in FA and other 2 in Draft

As it looks like we're keeping Shula, we absolutely cannot afford to be drafting defense. We need a WR and an OT with our first picks or we'll be stuck with even more years of "it's the personnel that sucks not Shula!" excuses to keep him around.

 

If DG sees a DE that can play 3-tech (and there's quite a few in this draft)...be prepared.

At the very least, he could be a key contributor on special teams and provide us some depth at safety.

Mays has always reminded me of a hybrid SS/OLB. He could be an asset in the buffalo package. But im not high on him as a straight saftey.

I don't know why so many people are picking Cobb over Maclin.  Give me Maclin!  That's my dream pick.

 

 

 

That being said, I think that G-man is going to be a little more fiscally conservative, and though he may not shop at the Dollar Store, I don't think he is all of a sudden going to go to Saks.  A couple of signings that may make some sense just off the top of my head would be Quintin Demps and/or Denarius Moore.
