Good post.  Gettleman is quickly becoming a top 5 GM in the league, if not already.  Back-to-back division titles in a division where it's never been done is nothing to sneeze at.  If making the playoffs is the bar, he's batting 1.000.  Watching WINNING teams like the 49ers, Eagles, and Saints, all playoff teams from 2013, blow up their entire squad...has made me very thankful for Gettleman.  We're in a great spot to not only win the division again but compete for a Superbowl next year.

I'm a Ups driver and all of that is straight out of our manual too. I think most company's that have drivers use "The Methods#
