This.  Seems like that ship has pretty much sailed.  Maybe he could still end up in Carolina, but at this point it would definitely be a surprise.

Jags coach said he would to get a veteran WR to help mentor their 3 promising rookies from last year and Jennings fits the bill. They have the ability offer him the most money as well so it seems a natural fit since he took the money last time.
