never seen a team that sucks so bad like the jags talk poo like they are going to dominate us . TYPICAL ESPN FANBOY  STATEMENT you got no receivers , no secondary and a horrible oline which is just all bs. more to offense than philly and ginn we are a ball control offense we arent going to pass the ball 3000000 times a  game like the colts or packers , we are going to control the clock and play defense . they think they have a good defense or something last time i checked they were just as bad as atlanta . they also dont want to bring up their dirt offense playing our top defense. our defense shut out top offenses like the saints and falcons they think a blake bortles lead offense is going to do something? thats just delusional. also for those analysts they can shut their mouths and serv up some florida deep fried crow with some grits on the side

yep.  

Our D is dependent on DL play...that is just our style.  No Star and a questionably conditioned CJ on a snap count?  I'd say expecting our D to come out of the gates rolling isn't such a sure thing.

on offense, our first string wasn't able to run in a traditional matter all preseason....but now we can be expected to run over someone?

      Yuck.  I still kind of like Herbert but these playoff performances are rough....

      I feel like this was the case with River and McDermott defenses as well, we just had the jimmies and the joes to overcome these deficiencies with all pro players at edge and linebacker positions.  Even then, was extremely frustrated in 2015 when we'd let team come back from 20+ pt deficits playing prevent only to barely win at the end.

      We need to move on soon and just use Bryce as a bridge to find our next guy. I'd like to see how this offense works with Canales hand picking his own guy. Bryce holds this offense back a lot considering you draft the first pick to carry your team and be your best player. We invested heavily for Bryce and need everything to go right just to have him look like a solid game manager sometimes. When he plays well he can look decent or mid, but when he plays bad he looks like a bottom 5 qb in league (backups included). It's not worth it, especially if we need to pay him soon, which means we have to skimp all over the roster. If the defenses don't hand it to us on a silver platter Atlanta style then we struggle big time. Defenses don't respect the offense at all. With Cam we could have the worst offensive talent and I'd still think we had a shot in any game we played. If Bryce is facing a 3rd and 10 I pretty much wave the white flag and don't think we can make that first down.
