Cam should be calling plays with Shula as a figurehead just like Peyton runs his offense and his OC is just a figurehead. Cam is coming into his own and he should be given more authority over the offense; more audibles and better pace

Hell its not even really Rivera its the owner, Richardson basically went out and got another Fox. This is how HE wants the team to be.

yeah, because that's how this team makes you feel. I stared the season feeling pretty good, but the first 4 games don't show me this team is ready to contend. 

This might hold some relevancy if you weren't the same broken record every season.

Yea we had a losing record last year with Luke...he's not going to give our DL a passrush and if Rivera still wants to give WRs 10 free yards then he wont' be stopping that either.

Norman is the man covering up mistakes and is the difference in this game...as long as the Bucs don't attack NOrman they could win this game pretty easily...our offense doesn't even need a defense to help stop them..I would bet that Shula could stop the offense himself with nothing else on field.

3 Turnovers and they get 10 points....offense is poo.

 

It's the same story no mmatter who the coach is.  If you want to be the best,  you need people who want to be the best.

you seem to forget the rule that it's always cam that called a play that turns out good and its always Shula on the bad plays

Sometimes I think our defense forgets that the point to try to stop the other team from getting a 1st down. Interceptions are nice, but let's just stop the drive sometimes, eh?
