Josh needs to get his swag back. Imo he did nothing wrong against OBJ. But on Sunday he played like he was scared of being reprimanded again. That needs to be corrected.

Agree. He was able to get in OBJ's head but the league has him thinking too much. I say keep playing the way you've been playing. I also agree with the other player who said the whole team needs to carry a bat out. I think had his confidence taken from him. Hopefully he's back this week.

If his game is predicated on poo talk then that says something.

I'd like to see the coverage designation as well. This table would lead an uneducated fan to believe that the Panthers player listed was matched up in man coverage, and we know that's not the truth. The way we play zone, if the pass rush doesn't actually get there; completions will happen. You just try to minimize the 15-20+ yard pass plays. The 70 harder I chalk up to a coin flip that went against us. So far this season, we've had it go the other way.

It was a off game by our whole team. We have been playing in the playoffs for 4 weeks now.  We definitely need that first round bye.

The penalty on Tillman neutered Josh. That was a message from the league saying act out and your team will pay. The whole defense took a step back after that. No aggression.

 

Also, rushing 5 or 6 and still not getting to the QB is scary. That's our achellis we better fix it.

Did Norman get hurt by poor defensive line play? Absolutely. That said I still think he got out worked all day long. Julio's only incompletion was a drop on his part. Norman got torched but then again he received little help against one of the best WR's in the league.

It's okay for Josh to have a bad game for once. He's been shutting people down all year.  But the whole team played like poo yesterday.
