I would bring a sparking wine from New York State to celebrate the great season.  Maybe a Chateau Frank 2007 Blanc De Noirs Brut. Maybe follow with a North Carolina 2011 Biltmore Estate Chateau Reserve Blanc de Blanc and then talk about how both New York and North Carolina produce great wines and great football.

I admit that I did start walking down the stairs with 2 minutes left in the Tampa game.  Had to wait for the sweet Caroline song to play though.  Then again from row 25 of the upper deck it takes a minute or two to get to the bottom.
