    • I'm going to agree with you here. Part of the problem is that the coach and Bryce himself have been playing scared. When they decide to just go for it and work that ball downfield things work out.  Bryce can chuck it, given protection and some work on getting open by the receivers. And as to the original post, yeah, I like Tremayne. I hope we see more out of him. Kid also looks like a bruiser to try and take down if you're the typical DB.
    • Sometimes players see things from the field coaches cant see from above. When I was an OL I would often come out after a series and talk to coach about small shifts the defense was making to cheat one way or another and how to adjust plays to take advantage. I suspect many players do the same. Different perspectives allow for different calls.
    • This is comical. Yeah, the "physics" do change in that the pocket is usually muddier, the receivers aren't as wide open, and the defenders close a lot faster both in the pass rush and in coverage on the back end. Bryce absolutely did not have one of the best deep balls in college. Go back and look at the actual play again not just star sheets. You'll see punt balls thrown up to wide open receivers making adjustments to go get the ball or stand around and wait for it to get there. Several of us on here pointed all of these things out leading up to the draft but we're laughed off as haters and told that *scoff*, yeah you guys are seeing something that all the football experts out there can't see? Yeah, right. It was all right there if you watched his college play as it translated to the next level. All the red flags we've seen show up were readily visible.
