How crazy is this making you?

The only time I get bothered is game time.  This past Sunday I was so nervous at first my palms were sweating.  The time in between games never really bother me to be honest.  I like to think of it as a time to kick back and relax before the high stress game on Sunday.  Nothing beats being able to say your team is in the playoff's, the NFC Championship or Superbowl.....it's fun to have that time to brag on your team and build up too game day.  With all that said, I love my Panthers but there is also other things to life and sitting around fretting about it all week long is a little extreme.

I check Panthers news every day. I follow the team year round, but I have never lost a minute of sleep over any Panthers game. The only time I'm at all nervous or anxious is during the actual game. I also flew into a rage during the SF playoff game, and a 4 hour depression during the AZ playoff game.  Totally cool leading up to games though.

Keep telling myself we got this....we stopped Wilson, we can stop Palmer. Then I start thinking about Fitz burning Finnegan and then the heartburn starts. Macdermott hopefully is working at midnight in his secret lab devising a plan.

Can't concentrate at work?

Driving your family nuts?

Making sure you're lucky shirt/cap/underwear is clean?

Checking on The Huddle every 5 minutes for updates?

Wanting SCP to install a webcam so the helmet can be watched all the time?

Just how loopy is waiting for the upcoming NFC Championship making you? And what are you doing to cope with it?

Or are you one of the calm, relaxed types that isn't sweating it?

Not as bad as the 2nd week before the Hawks game. Yesterday went by real fast, today not so much. After the game I had to fly from Charlotte back to Philly so that was a pain in the ass. But damn am I excited as hell for this game. We need to win it and make the Super Bowl. We deserve this. Everyone on the team and organization deserves it and their hard work and dedication will pay off. This is the official start to the Gettleman/Rivera/Cam/Luke dynasty.

I'm off the hook with excitement for this weekend but a little nervous at the same time, any given Sunday thing and all.  I won't get much done this week and if they pull off a win this weekend I won't be doing poo until March at least.  Let's do this!  Keep Pounding!!!!

I'm less twitchy this week b/c it's not a bye week and I don't have to sit through an entire weekend of nothing.  The net gain in calmness is lowered though b/c I'm more and more aggravated the more the games mean.

God forbid we win...I'll be unbearable leading up to the Superbowl.
