REPORT: Remmers not expected to be re-signed

As RR does, he says nice things about his guys … pretty much always. So still not expecting Mike Remmers to be part of plan going forward.

Taking it with a grain of salt, as Voth pretty much alluded to Dorsey and/or Shula getting axed and we saw how that played out.

He would be valuable as a back up but I am not upset, he is and was a weakpoint. The defensive line room of the opposition would light up like a Christmas when they saw Remmers on tape.

Agree and "not being in plans going forward" isn't exactly the same as not getting re-signed... Plans could just mean what they envision for a long term starter, and going forward could mean past this year. Remmers is still up in the air.

Yeah...just a safe way for Voth to say something without taking a real stance on either side

What I take from this is that Remmers isn't the plan as starter at RT going forward. He may get resigned, but he isn't going to start.
