Didn't he just post a picture of his 20+ concussion pills?

I'm surprised he's still considering playing. His health should be a priority, and as much as I love his spirit, he has to understand when it's time to think about his future.

Maybe he was just trying to show off how many pills he takes but in reality those were bottles that have been lying around for years and then he realized how dumb it made him look and he deleted them

Maybe he really does want to do tube playing, or... maybe he's forcing the Panthers' hands. If he retires, he's done making money. If the Panthers cut him, he's got more money coming his way. Even if he knows he's done, it's in his beat financial interest to show up.

That's what I was thinking. I guess we will find out for  sure whether he wants to play or to force the Panthers to cut him in a couple of weeks though. It sure would be awesome of us if he really is serious about playing though. All of a sudden, the tackle depth would be fantastic.

Would he be a backup or starter and which side

This isn't a storyline I really want to be reading about all training camp. I hope he doesn't come or that he doesn't stay long. He shouldn't be on the field anymore and we've mentally moved on anyway.

It's his life at this point. The Panthers will let him go if its in their best interest. That said, we have Moton, Williams, and Kalil. If one or two of them show up, Oher could be a damn solid back up for this year. In fact that's probably the only capacity I'd want him to play.

He really should hang it up though.

Another baseless story from our old pal David Newton. Of course Oher is going to report to training camp. It is required in his contract, just like reporting to mandatory minicamp. Oher wants to get paid what he's owed and will do what he has to until the Panthers release him or they agree to an injury/retirement settlement.

David Newton is going through a divorce and is battling cancer so I guess we need to keep giving him a pass for retarded articles.
