That’s my point, he was playing like an indecisive, timid little mouse because the game plan was to not lose the game. The coaches said to the team we’re scared so we’re going to shorten the game and play not to lose. Last year when they had nothing to lose they got him playing loose and they weren’t forcing a timid philosophy. He looked really good improvising after he came back last year. Not today. I don’t think that run the play clock to zero, get your offense down the field 3yds at a time, gameplan came from the QB, I think it came from Canales. I thought before today that maybe even if the season didn’t work out that Canales might still be a good head coach for the future, I’m not so sure now. -
Sounds right. And yet, we have people still searching for any reason why he is bad that isn’t Bryce Young himself.
