Bill Polian has openly hated the Panthers since he was fired. this is like asking Steve Smith for his opinion of Dave Gettleman. many people forget Bill Polian was our GM back in the day and was fired.

You mean like Steve Smith and Julius Peppers? How about Thomas Davis? Cam Newton? There is one unsubstantiated rumor that JR said/did something uncouth to a minority. Maybe I'm out of the loop but I read the SI exposé. The race issue didnt sound nearly as credible as the sexual harassment allegations.

I'm all for letting the pervert have it for his treatment of women in the workplace and abusing his authority in that way but let's not act like the man was a racist. That's embarrassingly misleading at this point.

Polish is one of the least deserving HoFers ever. I don’t doubt JR would be difficult to work for if you’re not someone he specifically deemed worthy of his respect. But Polian is an idiot regardless though

Richardson had similar personality conflicts with Polian and Gettleman alike.

Both of them did business like "northerners", Polian occasionally like a psycho (look up the chair throwing incident) and it never sat well with Richardson.

Of course, Polian and Gettleman both have Super Bowl rings as executives.  Unless we win this year's Super Bowl, Richardson never will.
