The fact the players on the defense are letting this happen to them is unacceptable. We need to restart the defense because these guys show no passion they show no desire. They’re playing slow all the time. 

At least the offense has lost players to injury as an excuse. The defense is fully intact and they play weak.

So, our "fearsome, top tier" defense is simply not that, our MVP QB can't do it on his own.  What exactly were we expecting today?  Rivera is a sackless bitch and Shula is a mongoloid.  I guess if none of that will change then we have already seen the best that this unit has to offer, and that was two years ago.

To the extent the team is not mentally prepared to play that is the fault of the HC. Talent levels...sure I agree with you. But this coaching staff couldn’t win even with the talent the Saints have.
