Were you all paying attention last year? Anytime Ryan Kalil did not play it was like the Panthers didn't even have a left tackle in the game. Kalil is what made Matt Kalil look almost capable. Cut Ryan Kalil and you better be ready to cut Matt Kalil too because without his brother he is a huge liability.

Easy with the common sense and the rationale you provided, apparently some people don't like those concepts around these parts.

But yeah, you're correct. I thought the line stabilized once Ryan returned. Yes, durability has been an issue recently but he still provides a ton of value on the field.

What Ryan is costing the team with that hefty tag and lack of production playing 6 out off 17 isn't good enough. We can better allocate those funds I'm ok with Larsen if he improves slightly it will be a win win for us.

We looked great vs New Orleans when Kalil was finally healthy.

This team has a problem not good at a lot positions but no money to improve or keep/Replace good players.  if the Panthers bust on the draft this team will sink quick

15 games... 2 years

He woke up with a crick in his neck and was out for half the season. If healthy, no one thinks he should be cut. But durability is an issue at this point in his career. If the med staff is 100% certain he is 100% healthy, keep him. But we cannot afford to pay our center 10M if he isn't out there every snap this coming season. Needs to be a calculated risk, one way or the other.

Right now, I wouldn't cut him because all the big name FAs are already picked up anyways.
