For those of you keeping count.

We have now spent 6 of our last 15 draft picks on corners. Two of which are no longer on the team (theoretically Sanchez is on the practice squad but does anyone here honestly think he ever sees the active roster again?) 3 or our last 15 draft picks on undersized pass catchers.  1 tight  end who was cut.  1 kicker who was cut and Vernon butler whose shining moment thus far is a tfl or two

All the while we have taken one offensive lineman and one defensive end.  Two positions that need not be ignored.

We are on a runaway freight train towards perennial bad football with this drafting. Buckle up boys and girls.

Just surround him with all the nickels we have including putting them on the d-line. Gotta get our moneys worth.

We will fire nickel backs at them all day while playing nickelback in the stadium. That alone will secure victory.

This is 2016 draft all over again. Can't have two bad drafts in 3 years and expect to win a Super Bowl. Stupidity has screwed us royally. DG and Hurney can't get out of the way of their own egos.

I can't say much because I don't know much about him. But from what I have seen written is that he is nasty, plays with an attitude and had great film but tested poorly.

We complained about how old we were in the secondary. Well now we have a young secondary!

CB: James Bradberry, 24 : Donte Jackson, 22

Nickel: Corn Elder, 23

Safety: Rashaan Gualden, 23

Yeah, he's not the known safety name but again, this stuff happens every year with safety prospects.  They are projected all over the place.

This kid looks like a FS that can play near the line if need be.  Looks all around solid.  Don't see a reason to get mad about the player but the circumstance is another deal.  Mark Andrews was taken right after this.  That could've been a spicy combo with Greg...

CB: Bradberry, Jackson, Cockrell, Elder

S: Adams, Gaulden, Searcy, Parms

I'm ok with it.

    • Ravens mixing it up with a random Mark Andrew tush push last year isn't a similar situation.  Lamar has run QB sneaks his entire career.  And often instead of a traditional sneak will even employ a 4th and 1 direct snap to Lamar simply because of how athletic he is (which even Cam did a lot of) and let him pick his own holes.
    • height being an issue doesn't just mean batted balls.  You could argue Bryce minimizes batted balls by adopting other poor habits such as his jump passing and leaving the pocket.   As I said, there are plays you can point to where he clearly was blind to parts of the field/players....which kills plays and opportunity. Which actually means some of the shorter/hot throws when things break down are where his vision gets blocked (and he had below average production all around the line of scrimmage).   has he figured it out? I mean, he improved off a trainwreck start.  But Bryce Young since arriving in the league (even while figuring it out)......doesn't generate much offensive production vs his peers.  I just think his ceiling is low.   And that's not in the grand scheme what you want in the NFL.  I think he can develop into a serviceable QB, that will largely always been a middle of the pack or low end starter.
    • People make a lot of noise about his footwork and I think it is overblown. Whether he takes 3 steps backwards or 5 small steps doesn't matter as long as he ends up at the right depth and is in sync with  the receiver regarding timing. If he does that consistently who cares as long as he has a firm stable base as he delivers the ball. Which he does need to work on. However even that is somewhat overblown given that often QBs have to throw off balance or from different arm angles to fit the ball around defenders. He is considered very accurate so apparently it isn't hurting him that much.
