I'd be okay with this before the CJ signing but we already have CAP, Kenjon Barner, AND CJ (not to mention CMC). I think the backfield is plenty full as of now but who knows?

You recognize the difference in offensive design? We run from under center far more than the Saints ever wanted to. Peterson played and had success under Norv before. Assuming he came here, and we made him the number 1 back, he would likely be able to pick-up where he left off. 

It doesn't seem that Adrian has lost a step but that teams aren't willing to pay him what he wants.
