Well the NFL kinda fuged themselves with the Elliot situation. They'll have to suspend McCoy for half the year now even if false.

Hmm...if this is true then he need to prosecuted and let the chips fall where they may. 

However if I was woman trying to get back at or ruin an NFL players career I would.

1. Put picture on instagram before filing a police report. 

2. Put out information about him abusing children with no documentable proof. 

3. Put out allegations of him abusing dogs. 

4. Put out allegations of him using drugs. 

 

Yeah, that's the holy grail of public condemnation right there.   All you need is doing something bad to an old woman for the Royal Flush of being hated by everyone. 

Like someone else said , unfortunately it doesn't matter if it's not true at this point.  This is napalm on your public image.

The biggest thing from all of this is that Statement Shady made about not being in contact with these women for months. That is easily verifiable through phone records/GPS. 

I'm holding off judgement until more information comes out. Either way it's a messed up situation.

This is a mess. First, she claims Shady beat her friend up. Then, she claims that "oh no, it wasn't Shady, he hired people to beat her up...". Went from the clear implication that McCoy himself did it to this post which now elaborates that the claim is others did it at his behest. Now I have to wonder if the accuser (who is not the victim) even knows conclusively who the attackers were and if McCoy sent them, or if she's just jumping to conclusions herself.

Someone’s lying. So there’s no point in jumping to conclusions on either side until more evidence is provided.

Exactly my thoughts.  The rush to judgement is ludicrous.  Our justice system is predicated on the concept of innocence until proven guilty, but for some reason social media has completely blocked this concept from our minds.

*If* the accused did do this, then by all means, the police and district attorney should take the appropriate action.  *If* the accused did not do this, he should absolutely sue the accuser for slander.

We as a public should be withholding any and all judgement until independent investigation by the appropriate authorities has been concluded.

Not trying to be funny, because I have no expertise in beatings or criminality or investigations, but she looks kinda "made up" in the picture, as there is "blood" that seemingly emanated from unknown cuts, and her robe is suspiciously clean for her face to be such a mess.

Second picture looks to be taken in a hospital.

It's not guaranteed that was what she was wearing when the injury occurred.

Yeah I get it. It just still seems fishy. Perhaps she changed into the robe or something. I doubt that it's hospital-issued though.

From what I understand, standard procedure in a case like this would have been for the police to collect her clothes as evidence.
