Sound off - Official Panthers at Bucs Predictions Thread

I think it's gonna be a defensive match-up. Us trying to hard not to have a repeat of our week 2 loss, and them dialing up the pressure on Allen through our patchwork O-line so he doesn't have time to exploit their soft secondary.

Panthers 16 - Yucks -13

McCaffrey  80 years rushing, 40 receiving, 1 TD. Allen does enough to win 180 yards, 70% completion, but Barrett causes 2 sack fumbles and recovers one at a crucial time that causes a nail-biter ending. But Action Jackson comes up with a game-saving INT.

Some folks on here are worried about Suh, but the Bucs better worry about McCoy, who will be way up for this game.  He should feast on the banged-up right side of their OL. (Starting RG and RT are out)

I see our pass rush harassing Winston into 3 TOs.

On the other side, their pass defense is quite weak, and can be exploited easily.  A couple deep pass attempts early (whether they pay off or not) will stop the 8man front they were able to use against Cam.

Panthers 34-13.

Bucs have been exposed.  Everything is garbage except their front 7 against the rush.  With that being said:

Panthers 38

Bucs 17

CMC 88 rushing 1 td 107 receiving 1 td that he will take long distance to the house

Moore and Samuel will account for 275 receiving yrds and 3 td’s

Boston and Crockell will each have a interception

D Line will feast with 7 sacks considering their injuries on their o line

23-17 Panthers. CMC 153 total yards, 2 TD (rush and receive)

Allen 19-28, 295 yds. 2 TD, 1 INT 0 Fum.

Sacks: Mario, Obada, Burns, Burns

I am dying to see Obada get a sack in this game. Partly because  he’s worked his ass off and deserves it. Partly because if he does, I fully expect English football fans to burn the stadium to the ground celebrating.

That would be glorious.

Also 27-20 Panthers

Bucs shut down our run game and after a conservative first half Kyle  goes

26/34 for 335 and 4 TDs the last of which comes at the end of a 80yd drive in the last 2 minutes for a 3pt win.

The Huddles servers explode.

Trying to decide which of these two things would be more entertaining. It is tough, that’s a close call.
