Olsen: Change leads to change

To be clear, I didn't really think Olsen was going to be back next year anyway, but reading that comment makes me think it's even less likely than it would have been.

The question that comes to mind now is how many other veterans or free agents might decide they're not necessarily on board for a rebuild.

It's a virtual certainty that Olsen was going to be in the booth next year anyway. I was honestly surprised when he returned for this season.

Olsen has borderline HOF numbers without a ring.. but if he gets in the MNF booth and does well - he will sway the voters and he will be a sure lock for HOF - same as Smitty has done..

If I'm the GM and re-signing Bradberry and letting Shaq walk and taking the comp pick.

Im fine with it. This culture was great on the surface but it wasnt about winning or even putting the best players on the field. Thank you and good luck.

Unfortunately this is the truth and has been for a long time 

We were content with being average as long as we had a nice and pleasant community. 

It's not that I want a bunch of divas. It's just that I'm tired of not being a consistent winning team because the focus is on having a bunch of content and pleasant people on the team who go out on their own terms.
