People still want McDaniels????

Recommended Posts

Can't say that Belicheck is a bad coach either.  Brady goes down to an ACL tear and they plug in Matt Cassell and Belichick entrusts McDaniels to keep the offense going and they go what 11-5 that year with a backup QB that put up some pretty damn good numbers.

I give credit where credit is due.

Tenn coach is former NE player, he knew to run fake plays at the walk-through before the game.

I've always believed this is why Bill always loses to his former coaches and players

They know the Patriots stealth tactics from the inside, so when they become coaches, they prepare to circumvent the Patriots cheating

Nothing else makes sense;  how did Miami/Flores beat NE last week?  Shows how pedestrian the Patriots are on a even playing ground.

It's more than just taping plays though;  probably a lot of other tomfoolery we don't even know about

Omg are u fuggin dumb as hell. Brady looked terrible and there was plenty open out there. Patriots defense got Henry's balls all in there mouth. Hey cmon down McDaniels, and if you don't like it find you another damn team.

    • I never thought a second look was even necessary. I was begging the football gods not to have us trade up to the 1st pick. And damn once we did it was a thoroughbred vs a little pony.    If you have a perceived generational player in the pool and you have the 1st pick, you just don’t trade it. In the first place. But all this Bryce drama - which (understandably) takes over almost any thread, just like this one - would never have happened if the team was not sold to Tepper.
    • I agree. I understand why he did though. And surely he had his parents in his ear who have always gone out of their way to make sure he always had the best and the least amount of adversity around him to that point in his life advising him to do so. Where I take the most issue with it is when people who just want to be sycophants start listing off other QB's who didn't throw at the combine and you don't even make it through half the names before your eyes roll right into the back of your head realizing every single of those QB's who didn't throw already clearly showcased the necessary prerequisite physical talents needed for the position.
