Any optimism for next season?

i have optimism for the future

a mass of dysfunctional message board dudes that attach their self esteem to their rep on this site, and who cannot function normally in society, who are reactionary babies talking out of their ass as if their "take" holds any weight, does not determine if tepper is making good decisions or not

I really believe Tepper will lead us to consistent winning and SBs one way or another.

Its certainly possible. Think about how many games we lost by not being able to punch it in from inside the 2 yard line. Especially if Cam comes back healthy and we add some key missing pieces, things could improve significantly. Things often sway quite a bit from year to year in the NFL. I wouldn't say I'm optimistic, but it is possible.

Good question-impossible to answer now.  I always think we have a chance to win the SB on paper.  So when we put that paper on the field against scissors, we find that they are not as great as their hype.

Paradis is a good example.  Marty had to feel good about that signing.  I did.

Then you have the implosion of "Inaction Jackson" and the reality surfaces about Samuel (one of our top 2 WRs).  Turner turns to mush and Little can't keep his head out of the grinder.   This is why competition is so important---it makes you better at practice, deeper, etc.  So to examine the roster, take a look at the depth---we had none.

Yet I continue to believe that we can fill all the holes and be competitive next year.   We will have a high draft pick, a bit of cap room, and some young guns will step up in year 2 (Little, Burns) with better coaching.
