This year's draft could get really interesting

Its not like teams do that well drafting anyway.  They are wrong more than the are right.

They might be better off with less time.

I think it'll go about like usual. Smart teams will generally make smart moves. Dumb teams will generally make dumb moves. I don't think any amount of time (or lack thereof) would change that. Dumb teams will just use the lack of time as a crutch to excuse the poor moves they would've made anyway. It's not a coincidence that Elway is one of the GMs crying about this. He's been drafting pretty terribly in recent years.

Saint's Loomis wants it delayed too and he's been drafting very well. Elway made the request but said they'd be ok if that request isn't possible to grant. That's not really crying.

Everyone is having to adapt to a new way of life and a new way of conducting business right now. The NFL is no different. Smart teams will still find a way to build a good draft board and have a successful draft. Other teams will watch Marty Hurney throw poo at the wall.

Marty’s process of making a draft board.

I think that some folks here are GREATLY overestimating the knowledge Rhule and his staff will be bringing to the table.  Sure, they'll know Temple and LSU.  They'll have a good idea with regards to teams that Temple and LSU played this year.  But that's what?  25-30 college teams?

There are 125 Division 1 programs.  Don't even get me started on the lower divisions.

This falls on our college scouts, make no mistake about it.

Typical of many huddlers.

I miss when the draft came on all day Saturday and all day Sunday on ESPN and you could just tune in when you wanted or take a nap on the couch watching the later rounds. This crap now is an overblown spectacle. Look at last year, some douche country singer I’ve never heard of was on there analyzing picks. Lol.

Nothing will top the chimpanzee

Was just thinking the same thing.

A lot of teams really love their personal interviews. No shot for that this year.

Can't bring guys in, but still can talk on phone or video chat.  Not the same as in person, but should still be able to get a feel for the person.
