What happened to Dennis Daley

Kugzilla had a bad back and I seem to remember like two seasons of "is he getting any better" type posts.

I'm ready for a premium o-line but who knows if there will be players worthy of drafting.

I don't see Teddy making it through the rest of this season without a serious injury. He's tiny, and our o-line has no hope of giving him good protection.

I'd bet money that there will be future All-Pro interior OL drafted in the mid-rounds. There usually are.

We need Marty and his staff to sniff them out. Marty has found a few, like 2 time pro-bowler Evan Mathis drafted in the 3rd, so here is hoping we strike gold again.

I like the OTs in the first (Sewell, Leatherwood, and maybe Cosmi from Texas and Walker Little from Stanford--all LTs)  There are some G/C talent that should be there in the second-third.

Also Christian Miller?

We have a serious curse with o-linemen. It starts promising, then an injury in their first or second season, and they are trash after. Jeff Otah, Amini Silatolu, Daryl Williams, Greg Little, Dennis Daley, Edmund Kugbila didn’t even get the chance to start promising. It’s kind of crazy how often it happens with this team.

I feel like I’ve said this before but the Saints got a future stud C 11 picks after Little. I just can’t recall his name...

Miller opted out this year because of Covid I believe.

    • Don't think your comparisons are germaine. Teddy and Bryce are nothing alike. And no I am not always right  or  wrong but the difference is I let the experts inform me and follow those who do know. And after all the constant wrong takes you go on and on about just like this one, I don't feel like we are kindred souls or like minded. I will be glad to compare my takes versus yours anytime.  And have no clue what you are talking about regarding stern lectures. But I can see around here if you take a constant negative approach to everything you get a lot of support and given our track record you may be right about some things. I don't live my life that way nor do I constant like to complain like you.
    • Never, and it doesn't have to be an old grizzled vet, sometimes a vet can learn something from a young player too.   Do you not see players talking to each other between plays, quarters, on the bench, wherever, in EVERY sport? It's what players do, especially the great ones, they're always working on their craft and learning tips from others to better themselves.   So when your entire receiving room outside of one player, who has mostly played special teams in his career, has played 1 season or less in the NFL, it's not a lot of experience there in the locker room and on the sideline and is a tad concerning in regards to the proper growth of all these young WRs with great potential.
