That’s what happened to OSU last year. Wade had a hit like this on Lawrence and they ejected him and the whole game changed.

Not saying its not targeting just not calling it dirty.

 

To me dirty adds a level of intent and ill will that I dont think that had.

Not necessarily. Get hit in the ribs in a certain place and you'll feel it all the way down to your legs.
