I know a couple of these guys. Wilson is mainly viewed as a NT.  Basham is a bigger DE who can rush from the 3T on 3rd down much like Obada was used. Roche was a DE at Temple before Miami where he got a big boost playing opposite Rousseau.

3-techniques should be the focus and the only one I know who is one on this list is Sample who was a stud for Tulane but I haven't looked into why.

I'm going to have to look into this group more. Anyone have notes on this group?

Actually Wilson is more of a 3-tech than a NT.  He played 3-tech and played 3-4DE when they played that scheme.

I know he's been used all over that FSU line but in the NFL he looks like he's being viewed as a Derrick Brown/ Vita Vea type.

Roche never played with Rousseau - GR opted out of the season.

He played opposite Jaelen Phillips, a UCLA transfer, who's being talked about at the end of the 1st round, start of the 2nd round.

Thanks for the correction. I'm not sure who benefited from who then.

Grant I believe is the highest rated CB and Nasirildeen is the highest rated safety on our squad

Nagy gives a good run down on what the LBs bring. Jabril Cox is a favorite of mine on our list.

Monty Rice is an interesting mid-round prospect and I'm glad we have Snowden.  Really intriguing prospect but it's hard to find an NFL comp for him at 6'7" 240 as an off the ball LB.

Nasirildeen is an interesting player...6' 4'' as a safety.  If he's got NFL speed I can see Rhule falling in love with him.  Such an interesting player to move around the field....can cover TE's and big receivers.  I've seen grades on him from Day 1 to Day 3.

    • Unfortunately business is business especially when there are large sums of money on the table. Goes the same for player and ownership. Does not make it right either way.  Why would he not want to play for the niners? Closer to home with a team that has a chance of delivering a SB trophy.
    • I don’t know if it’s him bad mouthing his former situation in public or my pettiness but either way I’m not a fan. Dude was on playoff teams getting paid millions to entertain. I’m not better that because and I am better than that. You don’t bad mouth your former employer in public. Esp after getting over paid and two, poor little Russian baby didn’t get the playing spot he wanted. Rod had him exactly where is was supposed to be.  He had a mean lip check and did defend our players. Specifically the devils game around Christmas where is our Haula on his ass. Cool. Thank you. But don’t talk poo about us. Because it make you look like Haula.    “need to get as far away as possible”. fug off. Didn’t see Burnsy bad mouthing and his play dropped off too.    sorry, but Orlov doesn’t get a pass from me. See you twice a year…
    • I don't really care about your post at all. I just saw the direction of the discussion and this snippet from an article I read earlier in the day was a good spot to put non-Panthers info. I mostly don't care about the players personal lives. That's off the field/personal poo. Not really any of my business.  I also don't know him personally so what would be the point of congratulating him outside basically attempting to draw attention to myself like so many in the social media/internet realm.
